The Catering and Hotel Management Diploma/certificate Programme is professionally oriented, and is aimed at supporting the development of competencies essential to the successful functioning of the graduate, at the technical and supervisory level, in hospitality organizations. (a) One principal pass and two subsidiaries obtained at the same sitting and 5 passes at O level obtained at the same sitting. (b) Certificate in hotel and institutional catering obtained from a recognized institution or examination board. (c)Holders of any Degree from a recognized institution of Higher learning may be admitted to the DCHM programme for purposes of developing their careers in Catering and Hotel Management.
