(a) One principal pass and two subsidiaries obtained at the same sitting and 5 passes at O level obtained at the same sitting. (b) Certificate in hotel and institutional catering obtained from a recognized institution or examination board. (c)Holders of any Degree from a recognized institution of Higher learning may be admitted to the DCHM programme for purposes of developing their careers in Catering and Hotel Management.
